The following computer facilities are found in the department:

• High Performance Computer System: 32 processors (each one is a 2.4 GHz Intel Xeon Processor and has 1 GB RAM memory)
• Silicon Graphics Workstation: SGI processor of 500 MHz rate and 512 MB RAM memory
• IBM Workstation: 1.6 GHz Intel Xeon Processor and 512 MB RAM memory

MD simulations are being done on our high performance computer system. Crystalline structure analysis is being done in Silicon Graphics workstation. In IBM workstation, iLibDiverse is being used. In addition to these, the below software packages are found in the department:

• NAMD (used by academical license)
• iLibDiverse (purchased)
• AUTODOCK (used by academical license)
